it will jump to a new page to show the specific reason when the pulling fails, it may say \u2018API Key Wrong\u2019. If so, you may go confirm with the advertiser, be sure that API is correct.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the source list has no data to show you but Offer A,B,C have been approved by the advertiser:<\/span>
\nA)Please confirm the API by following the steps of 2-D);<\/span>
\nB)Check to see if the status for Source is set to \u2018Ready\u2019(attached image A). The offer pulling would be fail when it shows \u2018Invalid\u2019(attached image B), then you could click Test API to see the specific reason for this error.<\/span><\/p>\n

C)Possibly the offers have been pulled from the advertiser but with no data shows on Source Offers because it is getting updated automatically & hourly, you may check the specified time of creating source so as to know whether it\u2019s past the update time(for example, you should check the update after 16:00 if the source last update at 15:00).<\/span>
\nD)But if you don\u2019t want to wait for the auto-update, you surely can click Source\u2192Target Source\u2192Details\u2192Update\uff0cand update it manually\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

4.Create Campaign(for pulling Offers into Offer list of our system)<\/span>
\nA)Click Tools\u2192Smart Puller\u2192Campaigns\u2192Create<\/span><\/p>\n

Campaign Status<\/span><\/td>\nA<\/b><\/strong>ctive<\/b><\/strong>\uff1ait means the Campaign\u00a0is active and you could use it to pull offers from the source.<\/span><\/p>\n

Paused<\/b><\/strong>\uff1ait means the Campaign\u00a0is paused and you could not use it to pull offers from the source.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Offer Approval<\/span><\/td>\nTo clear that which offer needs to be get approval\uff0cstatus includes \u2018Private\u2019,\u2019Public\u2019&\u2019Require approval\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

P<\/b><\/strong>ublic<\/b><\/strong>\uff1ait means the offer could be seen by everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n

R<\/b><\/strong>equire approval<\/b><\/strong>: it means the offer needs to getting approval by you then the affiliates you approved can run this offer.<\/span><\/p>\n

P<\/b><\/strong>rivate<\/b><\/strong>\uff1ait means the offer can not be seen unless you manually approve it to some affiliates.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Offer status<\/span><\/td>\nIt\u2019s the status for the offers pulled from advertisers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Default<\/b><\/strong>\uff1aThe status will be the same as the original status of advertiser\u2019s side.<\/span><\/p>\n

Active<\/b><\/strong>\uff1aThe status for the offers will be set to \u2018Active\u2019\u00a0after they have been successfully pulled into our system.<\/span><\/p>\n

Paused<\/b><\/strong>\uff1aThe status for the offers will be set to \u2018Paused\u2019\u00a0after they have been successfully pulled into our system.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pending<\/b><\/strong>\uff1aThe status for the offers will be set to \u2018Pending\u2019\u00a0after they have been successfully pulled into our system.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Margin<\/span><\/td>\nProfit; the process of expenditure, setting up the percentage for the profit.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Field<\/span><\/td>\nFirst Sync<\/b><\/strong>\uff1aIt means that the offers in sync with the status of advertiser\u2019s side at the very beginning of pulling offers, then stop following advertiser\u2019s status of relevant info after that.<\/span><\/p>\n

Always<\/b><\/strong>\uff1aIt always follow the offers status of advertiser\u2019s side.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25b2Common Problem<\/strong>(about \u2018Campaign\u2019)<\/span><\/p>\n

If the campaign list has no new data to show you after the Campaign has been created successfully:<\/span>
\nA)Check to see if the status for Campaign is set to \u2018Active\u2019;<\/span>
\nB)Possibly the campaigns have been updated but with no new data shows on Campaign list because it is getting updated automatically on 30th minute of every hour, you may check the specified time of creating campaign so as to know whether it\u2019s past the update time(for example, you should check the updates after 16:30 if the campaign is created at 15:42);<\/span>
\nC)And if you don\u2019t want to wait for the auto-update, you surely can click the Update button right behind the campaign and update it manually;<\/span>
\nD)Check to see if there\u2019s any conditions for filtering the campaign, if yes, those offers don\u2019t meet the conditions can\u2019t be pulled into the campaign;<\/span>
\nE)Maximum 1000 offers can be updated in the campaign list for each time. And you may go confirm whether it\u2019s already 1000 offers have been updated from any other campaigns when no new offers show you under Campaign A.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25b2Charges<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1.There are two types of sources under Smart Puller, \u2018Public\u2019 & \u2018Private\u2019.<\/span>
\n2.Public sources are open for free use, but each Private source requires \uff0439 opening fee.<\/span><\/p>\n
